The Re-evaluation of Russia’s Strategic Presence in the Middle East
Abstract
This paper focuses on Moscow’s activity in the Middle East. The main aim is to study that the re-emergence of Russia has sent a message that it is a power to be recognized in the region. It also studies on the growing competition the west will face from Russia other than China in that area politically and economically. It concludes with Russia’s confidence in its success in the Middle Eastern strategy based on the principle of balancing between the different regional players.
